| Many of us would like to have a new or remodeled house that meets our needs and the way we live. Some folks have neither the time nor skill to put these ideas on paper.
Organized by design can help you conceptualize your ideas and put them on paper. We will discuss your desires and needs to develop a floor plan, whether it is for a new building or a remodel. Usually, after one or two refinements you will be be given a scale drawing that can be taken to an architect to have engineering work and blue prints made for your project. After an initial consultation of $100.00, fees will be based on the square footage of the building. A retainer fee of 25% which comes out of the total of the final cost is required before we start work on the plans. |
